PT. Trijaya Anugrah Bina Steel (TABS) recently completed the fabrication of a custom cone valve for a key industrial player in Kalimantan. This project required not only manufacturing capability, but also engineering precision and coordination across departments.

Precision-Based Engineering

The cone valve wasn’t a standard off-the-shelf item—it required exact technical drawings, pressure ratings, and tolerances suitable for heavy-duty flow control in a high-pressure setting. CNC Machining and Testing

The production process utilized advanced CNC machinery for precision cutting, welding, and shaping of the cone valve components. Once assembled, the valve underwent hydrostatic and leak tests to ensure functionality under pressure. The rigorous quality control ensured the component would perform reliably in demanding environments.

Safe Crating and Delivery to Remote Site

Delivery posed a challenge as the site was located in interior Kalimantan, requiring coordination with barge and land transportation services. TABS handled the packaging with protective crating and shock-proof bracing, ensuring the cone valve arrived safely and ready to install without a scratch.
